I support athletes and coaches from ALL abilities and ages to overcome the mental challenges faced. It isn’t just elite athletes!

Do you work with teams/Clubs?

Absolutely! I work with teams and clubs to provide support to all stakeholders to improve mental performance.

Do you work with Parents?

When working with youth athletes, I work closely with their parents to create an optimal environment to support their child’s development.

DO i need to have an ‘issue’ to see you?

Not at all! A common misconception is that sport psychology is to fix an issue, but it should be worked on all the time.

DO you offer online sessions?

Yes! Most of my work is carried out online with people in and out of the UK, to allow flexibility and support anytime, wherever you are!

What happens in a 1:1 session?

Each session is tailored to you; we will work together to overcome challenges, apply tools & techniques and create a better mindset!

What does my first sessioN look like?

The intake session involves identifying your strengths, areas of improvement and goals of the consultancy. We will then create an action plan to achieve this.

How long does it take to see results?

It depends on the person; I’ve seen clients notice positive change from the first session, with others after a couple. Consistency in and out of session is KEY.
